Who we are

This website is run by SSR Fashions Ltd, trading as Kids Wholesale Clothing, Unit 10, Hill Lane Industrial Estate, Hill Lane Close, Markfield, LE67 9PN, United Kingdom. Email sales@kidswholesaleclothing.co.uk with any question about your data.

What we collect

• Enquiry form. If you send a trade enquiry we receive the name, business name, email address, decoration method and message you type. The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes it on our behalf, and it lands in our sales inbox. We use it only to reply to you. We keep it for as long as we are in conversation, and for our normal business records if you become a customer.
• Analytics. We do not currently run analytics on this site.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. There is no login, no shopping cart and no payment on this site. Purchases happen on the Kids Wholesale Clothing store, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email us first and we will sort it quickly.
